Restaurants selling take-home Thanksgiving meals $85 per adult and $30 for children 10 and under. Dishes include starter options like roasted butternut squash bisque, pumpkin and ricotta ravioli and entrees selections of traditional maple-glazed free-range turkey, Zinfandel braised short rib or jumbo wild white shrimp. The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar: This La Jolla restaurant will have a prix fixe three-course menu on Thanksgiving Day. For those who prefer a four-course meal, head to the inn’s restaurant, Avant, where chef Sergio Jimenez will serve a seasonal dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. The cost will be $135 per adult and $55 per child. Classic holiday dishes, along with beer, wine and cocktails, will be served. Rancho Bernardo Inn: There will be a buffet dinner at the inn’s Bernardo Ballroom from 1 to 4 p.m. The turkey dinner is $57 per person and the prime rib dinner is $65. Both meals come with menu items like apple and chestnut stuffing, creamed corn, green beans and cranberry sauce. Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern: Guests can choose between a prix fixe four-course turkey or prime rib dinner for Thanksgiving at Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern.
